Eligibility for Refunds
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items such as personalized products or discounted items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Email us at returns@maatoddlers.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 2 business days.
- Ship the product back to us at the provided address (shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer).
- Once the item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
